Contemporary Boulder Family Home | by Boulder, CO Architects

Our architects designed this remodel and addition to an existing 1950’s ranch in the heart of Boulder, Colorado.  The home was converted from a traditional single story (with basement, 1,500 sq.ft.) home, to a 2-story contemporary home with walk-out lower level.  The addition of a second story and new wing onto the rear of the existing structure increased the size of the home to roughly 4,700 sq.ft., while still maintaining a large yard.  Contemporary materials, massing and lots of windows create an open, timeless feel to both the exterior and interior of the home.

Anticipated Completion Date: Winter 2017
